In Defense of Food

Eat food. Not too much. And mostly planted，very easy and good tips You don't have to be too nervous about the food, just only control the fat and sugar, enough ! Remember :Be moderate in all things, including moderation

本片想要表达的健康饮食原则——Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.

“A single nutrient or a single food are not the magic bullet. The combination of foods that is the most important determinant of health.”
